Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, restocks, or high-volume seasons, processing may take a little longer we’ll always keep you posted.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on the way, we’ll email you tracking details. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder first.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the updated address and shipping cost are confirmed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to be responsible for theft or loss. If your package is delayed or missing, reach out and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or locate it.
Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible: Item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging. Request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on: Opened or used products, Sale/discounted items, Minis / trial sizes, Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us with: Your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and a quick note on why you’re returning (helps us improve)
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item received or damaged in transit).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging.
We’ll make it right.

Skincare was meant to feel good, nourishing, not overwhelming. In today's world, endless options and complicated routines made choosing the “right” products feel like another source of stress. And honestly, that's getting in the way of our glow.
Sirah’s Bottled Experiences was created from a desire for simplicity: clean beauty made with wholesome, antioxidant-rich ingredients that give your skin the nourishment it craves. Inspired by nature and the familiar beauty rituals of my west african heritage. Thoughtfully formulated to support self-care and help you show up with your best glow.
Sirah (noun)/ˈsiː-rɑ/
- Meaning: Title given to first born girl (Bambara language).
- Inspiration: A tribute to strength, beginnings, and nurturing care just like the thoughtful skincare products crafted under this name.
